SCOPE of WORK COMPLETED

Cleaned all 55 awnings (fabric and metal), removing dirt, grime, and stains, and applied a waterproofing sealer on 27 fabric awnings to protect against water, mold, and mildew. Replaced missing or broken panels on 27 awning units. At the Lowes Foods market location, installed 3 egg crate ceiling panels. Spot cleaned storefront concrete to remove grime, dirt, and most oil stains, and pressure washed four dumpster pads to keep everything looking clean and well-maintained.
